      function resolveRuntimePath(runtimeRoot: string, configuredPath: string): string;

      Defined in: node/config/index.ts:311

      将配置项中的相对路径解析为基于工作目录的绝对路径。 若本身已是绝对路径则直接返回；相对路径则相对于 runtimeRoot 进行解析。
